What is an ABN?

Modified on Mon, 31 Mar at 5:25 PM

An Australian Business Number (ABN) is an 11-digit unique identifier issued by the Australian Business Register (ABR).

It helps businesses interact with government agencies, customers, and other businesses.

An ABN is required for issuing invoices, claiming GST credits, and registering a business name.

Register your ABN today at registermyabn.com.au.
